Joseph "Turtle" Arata & Mary Arata , founded the One Spirit Bible Study, which has been faithfully hosted at Second Chance Ministries. Turtle's love for God and passion for sharing His Word touched many lives. Though he is deeply missed, his legacy continues through the lives he impacted and the fellowship he helped build.
